REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Team Management
  2. Control P/L Performance by Business Unit, Product Activity, Cost Centers.
  3. Improve the quality control over reporting
  4. Enhance the reporting system and process
  5. Supports and coordinates Business Units to drive performance measurement
  6. Streamline and coordinate the Business Review and Rolling Forecast process
  7. Supervise the team to deliver regular report timely with good quality
  8. Special projects supports

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
 Masters degree of Finance

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years in controlling / audit /Accounting in multinational companies and 3-5 year in big 4.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
  • Customer service oriented with good team spirit
  • Strong communication skills and focus on care about people.
