Mission
Roles and responsibilities:
· Set vision and strategy for the learning solutions on marketing training and development topics;
· Identify with key business and HR leaders on marketing projects, design and implement programs building on synergies at country and group level;
· Push a systematic discipline of internal / external benchmarking and competitive tendering to choose leading edge learning concepts, frameworks and design innovative learning path on marketing topics;
· As Learning KAM, structure and facilitate a robust internal customer liaison process to ensure that the learning solutions are very intimate with the HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to be able to respond proactively to needs.
· Leverage internal and external resources to drive learning initiations and pursue execution excellence.
· Act as KAM for selected business group and provide all learning consulting to meet the business needs on learning and development.
· Close cooperate with HQ on marketing learning topics and deploy HQ strategy and projects in China to align the local needs.

- Lead the marketing topic and provide services to all entities present in Chin. This includes all learning and development initiatives in the field of marketing.
- Work as learning key account to support BU on needs analysis, learning program design and deployment, vendor management and learning follow-up, to ensure that business department get the most benefits from learning.

Profile
- Preferably training/marketing/sales professional with at least 8 years of experience.
- Has a track record in executing learning/training programs, and/or an experience in supporting projects businesses in HR or Learning.
- Is at ease in presentation / public speaking activities in English and successful business experience working with different business groups.
- Has experience as a people manager for at least 3 years.
- Has experience in learning solution design and deployment.
