The Commercial Solution Leader is responsible for setting up a small group of solution architects, which will focus on commercial solution development and also global solution localization. The key responsibility includes business requirement analysis, solution architecture design, vendor management (quality control, schedule control, etc.), and project management of solution development. Ideally this position should have experience in leading the Agile development project
 
The major responsibilities will be:
·         Work with project team to understand business requirement and be able to translate business requirement into technical spec together with vendor
·         Work with vendor to understand application solution design and development approach against Schneider business requirement
·         Work with Schneider project team / architect committee to validate the design and ensure it meets SE technical standards
·         Ability to validate the solution design from vendor, and also the effort estimation from the vendor
·         Provide daily coach to development a small solution architect team, which focus on the commercial related technology: web, mobile, JAVA/.Net
·         Drive agile development methodology implementation
 
Required skills and experiences:

• More than 10 yrs+ IT technical background or work experience
• Java or .Net development experience
• Be familiar with popular programing language, SQL, etc.
• Strong communication capability with customer, colleagues and management
• Demonstrated collaboration with vendor, customer and diversity culture
• Fluent Mandarin speaking / good at English communication
• Mobile development experience is a plus
• Agile Development experience is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
