职位描述
Job responsibility:
· Drive process excellence at country level to achieve org. efficiency
· Set up the rule for business process and define process structure at country level
· Identify , initiate and drive improvement for process optimization/integration to enhance operation efficiency
· Lead and support the process implementation project to achieve the target
· Process management including continuously improve process capability and coordinate new process development
· Ensure the process and governance structure is fit for business requirements
· Take a overview for the process and ensure integration between the specific process and other process
· Identify integration issue between various process and communicate change to the process and Governance structure
· Lead virtual BPO team from different BU and give guideline to team leaders when there is process improvement projects
Candidate Profile/requirements:
· Education: Bachelor Degree – Master preferred
· Job Related Experience: More than 8 years working experience in MNC, with rich process management and project management knowledge and experience, consulting company experience preferred
· With innovative and strategic thinking
· With rich business experience and high cross team collaboration and communication capability
· Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
· With hands-on capability as a key individual contributor
· With leadership when leading the project team
· Fluent English communication skill
