Responsibilities:
 
·         Responsible for growing  advanced application sales orders’  streams according to AOP and STRAP targets  
·         Provides leadership and clear direction to the AA sales teams in China
·         Drives bookings and exceed quota
·         Develops and executes on sales & marketing strategies and business plans that ensure growth and quota objectives are achieve
·         Maintain strong sales pipeline from the designated accounts through creating sales opportunities for advanced applications:
·         Utilize effective go-to-market channels to extend reach to targeted customers and markets
·         Reviews analysis of sales volumes, pipeline (salseforce) potential and develops solutions/strategies to minimize negative trends as well address future needs relative to AA sales, support, manpower and training
·         Conducts regularly scheduled calls/meeting/reviews with sales teams to promote the businesses offerings and evaluate customer relationships. 
·         Is a source of expert knowledge relating to all sales aspects including, but not limited to: winning sales strategies, quotations, sales opportunities, projects, programs, pricing and customer relationships. 
·         Provides executive oversight and  counsel for key customer account relationships.
·         Responsible for identifying, reviewing and providing  timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipeline for review with software leadership team in China and and global
·         Selects, develops, retains, motivates and holds accountable high caliber field sales team.
·         Continually raises the bar for skill proficiency through hiring and skills refreshment
 
Requirements:
·         Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
·         A minimum of 10+ years of complex, solution selling sales management experience from the software industry
·         Minimum of 5+ years leading sales teams and managing other leaders on a regional basis
·         Proven team leadership skills and proven ability to drive financial metrics.
·         Must be skilled at selling compelling, integrated programs to clients in the software industry
·         Should be customer centric, solutions focused, articulate, and comfortable building relationships at senior levels.
·         Possesses excellent communication skills to motivate a sales team, and the ability to deliver sales strategies to highly sophisticated clients
·         Effective in working with diverse groups at all levels in the organization
·         Able to work in a matrix environment to drive collaboration and partnership across diverse geographical and functional boundaries
  • High level of sales skills and experience in all/any of the following:
o    Consulting Project
o    Production Planning & Scheduling (P&S)
o    Operation Management System (OMS)
o    Operation Intelligence System
o    Performance Management System
o    Asset Management System
o    Advanced Process Control (APC) 
o    Real Time Optimization (RTO)
o    Operator Training Simulator (OTS)
o    Refinery Off-Site Applications
o    Process Simulation Application (PRO/II, Aspen+, HYSYS)
·         Preferably with experience in managing Hydrocarbon clients
