工作摘要
The position is responsible for the growing business covering the sales team in North China, Beijing.  The job holder is accountable for planning and executing the sales strategy and managing the team to achieve challenging sales targets for the designated region with an aim to increase the market share with profitable revenue growth.

       Degree holder in Computing, Engineering, TelecommunicationsØ or related disciplines
       Minimum of 12 years’ solid sales experience, among which 7+Ø years and on sales management.
       Eager to expand job scope to business development area andØ formulate medium to long term strategies
       Strong business acumen in driving the team to meet salesØ targets
       Good leadership and people managementØ skills
       Strong communicator with senior executives and has strongØ business mind to grasp business opportunities
       Excellent selling, interpersonal and communicationØ skills
       Mature, aggressiveØ & initiative
       High proficiency in spoken Mandarin, fluent spoken English isØ preferable
