Roles and Responsibilities:
1.     As contact with BU Finance Team, deep involve and develop effective insight analysis to Business covering topline, cost, margin and working capital;
2.     Provide reliable and in-time Financial Reports and preliminary analysis to BU Finance Team with advanced knowledge on reporting tools;
3.     Sense of driving change on reports improvements with efficiency and adapt with regular business needs review;
4.     Support to BU Finance Team on Reporting tools as technical competency center;
5.     Governance on ETO factories financial process as central coordinator;
6.     Driving Reporting simplification Project.
 
Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree with Major in Finance, Economics, or Accounting related, Master degree/ACCA/CPA as plus;
·         Strong FP&A Analytical skills, preferable Big 4 background;
·         Experiences in tools (SAP, BW, Essbase, Excel, PPT etc.);
·         Good communication skills and commercial sense;
·         Potential Leadership competency as plus;
·         High integrity and Self-motivated
