Report to: China IPO Architecture director Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization.
 
This role mainly will be hands on as well as coordinate project/ vendor teams to support the software development through planning, designing, developing and executing various product designing and requirement analysis processes within the software development methodology, especially CI/CD & release management. Key accountabilities include working directly with the end user, to gather requirements and produce high level designs, while also working closely with internal technical teams, PM's and BA's through the full project and delivery life cycle. This role requires technical skills, including the ability to work at a low level design stage (being hands on when needed) while also be able to face off to business stakeholders and alike in an upwardly facing capacity. 
 
The major responsibilities will be:
1.    跟踪和审核IT项目交付是否符合IT技术标准
Trace & Review IT project deliverable to follow IT technical standards/patterns crossing IT project from initiation through final launch
2.    提供代码质量规范以及软件质量管理和衡量指标最佳实践指引
Offer guidance of code quality standards/patterns & best practice on IT software quality management & metrics
3.    协同项目团队制定和优化IT敏捷开发实践，以及CI/CD pipeline和release管理
Work with peer teams to define & optimize IT agile development practice, CI CD pipeline release management
4.    为IT项目提供技术方案和架构设计建议
Provide advisement for technical solution & architecture design for IT project
5.    辅导开发团队以开发可维护、可伸缩、易使用、性能优化的Web应用或移动应用
Guide & mentor development team to build maintainable, scalable, built for ease of use, and performs optimally across devices and browsers
Required skills and experiences
1.    大学本科计算机专业学历或等效年限的相关经历
Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of experience in computer sciences
2.    5年以上的敏捷开发的项目经验
5+ years of project development experience in a fast-paced Agile environment
3.    很强的J2EE软件开发背景和开发经验
Strong hands-on development experience with software development background in J2EE
4.    深入了解软件质量管理和软件质量指标
Good understanding of software quality management and its metrics
5.    深入了解中间层、后端架构，以及包括以下工作知识：备份软件、基础架构、云和其他类似知识
Good understanding of middle layer and back end architectures, including working knowledge of the following: Spanning software, infrastructure, cloud and alike
6.    了解RESTful架构，SOA架构以及关系数据库（Oracle/MySQL）
Understanding of RESTful web-architectures, Services Oriented Architecture and RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL)
7.    很强的敏捷开发、CI CD工具链集成等经验
Strong experience of agile, CI CD toolchains integration
8.    很强的CI CD发布管道和应用发布管理经验
Strong experience on CI CD pipeline and release management
