The IPO Senior SAP Basis architect will take the responsibility to design and continue improve the SAP and related applications’ architecture and responsible for implement the corresponding change. He/She will also take the responsibility for level 3 support for all SAP basis related issue.   
 
The major responsibilities will be:

• Fulfill SAP technical delivery according to project definition. Participate solution design, verification and implementation.
• Responsible for SAP landscape design with infrastructure layer design, integration and consolidation.
• Provide integration solution for SAP and non-SAP system and applications.
• Responsible for SAP system patch level/kernel/Database version control and management process define and supervise for change implementation
• Responsible for configuration/customizing/changes on technical level in all SAP application
• Responsible for SAP application archiving and Database management
• Responsible for SAP internal/external Audit issue handing
• Responsible for supervising daily operation of OS, hardware, SAP applications and backups
• Secure responsible system SLA on OS, hardware and SAP applications
• SAP and related system information security management

 
Required skills and experiences

• 8y+ as SAP technical consultant or solution architecture and has strong knowledge in all SAP technical area. Including solution design, special sap related technical solution and system integration.
• Be good at Oracle database management and solution. Familiar with Oracle performance tuning and database stabilization solution like data guard solution.
• HANA Database knowledge and solutions.
• Be good at MS SQL Server database management and performance tuning.
• Strong experience of Managing outsourcing partner for Basis management and infrastructure.
• Flexibility regarding work schedule and travel
• Must be an effective strategist with the ability to understand and articulate key opportunities for business from infrastructure point of view
• Be cognizant and knowledgeable of ITIL standards and models
• Good ability to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets,
• Good exhibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards
• Associated with own area of specialization and making correct choices from alternatives.
• Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, with vendors, customers, colleagues and managements.
• Be professional, customer friendly and amenable

Ideal:    8y+ on SAP basis architect.
