Mr. Norman Koo - CEO
Norman has over 34 years of working experience, all the way focused on ICT fields, having worked in Mainland China since early 1980s, and is the first batch of Hong Kong pioneering talents who came to work in China.
Norman established DSI in 1997, with over 18 years of international headhunting service experience. Norman has built a strong relationship network with large number of global customers and senior talents, and has rich personal connection in every spectrum of ICT industry.
As early as 1993, Norman was the Sales and Marketing Director of Cisco China’s ever first Silver and Gold partner, participated in many IP backbone network construction of major China customers, such as banks, education, tax and other industries, and had travelled all over the country. Norman also managed to provide one-stop shop circuit application and MUX installation to the first customer of 64K international IPLC opened out of Beijing and Shanghai respectively, which were then the pioneers in international voice/data/video communications.
In early 1980s, Norman worked in CSL (presently known as HKT- PCCW), and was the first employee coming to China to sell and provide communication equipment within the whole Hong Kong Telecom Group at that time. Norman had built close relations with Posts and Telecommunications Administrations of various cities, including Local Exchanges Bureau, Datacom Bureaus and other Bureaus at that time.
Norman graduated with Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 1981, and won the Top Ten Distinguished Sales Award in Hong Kong back in 1986.
